  • Seating Times: 5:15 - 9 PM.

Rembrandt Dining Room
Enjoy a perfect breakfast, leisurely lunch, or sumptuous five-course dinner, beautifully presented and impeccably served, in this elegant dining room featuring crisp white linens, sparking crystal, Rosenthal china and sweeping sea views.

Intimate, refined and romantic, this reservations-only restaurant features choice beef, premium seafood, an extensive wine list, and a luxurious setting.

  • Dress: We suggest formal attire, which includes suit and tie or tuxedo for men and cocktail dress or gown for women.

An Evening at Le Cirque (in the Pinnacle Grill)
Enjoy the unique taste of Sirio Maccioni's legendary New York restaurant, when, once per cruise, menu offerings, wine selections, table decorations and the restaurant setting are tailored to create an authentic Le Cirque dining experience sure to impress both the eyes and palates of those lucky enough to attend. Dine on unique Le Cirque dishes such as lobster salad 'Le Cirque,' chateaubriand with horseradish flan, and the restaurant's famous creme brulee.

Taste of De Librije
Once per cruise, the Pinnacle Grill is transformed into De Librije. Featuring the cuisine of Culinary Council member and Michelin Star Chef Jonnie Boer and named after Boer's restaurant in the Netherlands, the menu showcases a selection of starters, soups, entrees and desserts from De Librije. Tables replicate those of the famous land-based eatery, and the wine list highlights a selection of labels from the Lady De Librije collection. North Sea Scallops are served as a first course to all diners; thereafter guests can select among three appetizers, two soups, four entrees and three desserts, for an extraordinary dining experience.
